Say hello to the Williams family! For their session, we focused mostly on the birthday girl, Sophia! I remember the day of the session it was freezing and windy, which was definitely odd for May! Despite the cold, Sophia celebrated her 1st birthday with some animal crackers, giggles, and her best sloth friend. You go, girl! ✨

Say hello to Colton and Amanda! Colton and Amanda told me that they have been dating for years and it showed in everything they did. You could just tell how much they loved each other. (Yes, super corny, but SO true!) They also talked about how they couldn’t wait to get home to their cats after the session. That comment has stuck with me for a few months and makes me smile just thinking about it. It reminds me of the line from Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zero’s song, “Home” that says, “home is wherever i’m with you.”, which I think totally embodies this couple…with the addition to their cats.

Meet Willy and Lan! I loved photographing this sweet couple! Their session was filled with laughter, Willy carrying Lan around when her feet hurt, and some gorgeous florals in the background. I loved photographing Thomas and Kelsey’s engagement session! Their session was freezing, like 26 degrees freezing. Like the grass was frozen, freezing. The cold did help create the overall mood Kelsey was looking for, so that was a huge win! I adore how these photos turned out. It proves that ANY season can photograph beautifully!
